The Toms are the color guard of the Thanksgiving table — two proud ceramic gobblers with fanned tails, red wattles, and every feather molded and hand-painted, standing on a little base of autumn leaves and gourds. They're a Cosmos Gifts set, made when seasonal shakers were serious business and the detail work proves it.
They come out in November, run the table through the holiday, and spend the rest of the year on the kitchen shelf refusing to be put away.
Each about 4 inches tall.
Their silver cousins, The Strutters, are elsewhere in this collection — a full turkey table is not out of the question.
