Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Some oversized or statement pieces carry a flat shipping rate due to size and packaging requirements — this is noted at checkout.

Delivery Estimates Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after fulfillment. We ship within the United States only at this time.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@madenewcollective.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review each situation and do our best to make it right.

Lost Packages Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or losses. However, please reach out and we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
