All Sales Final

Every piece has been intentionally sourced, restored, or created by hand. Because of the nature of our goods — vintage, found, and handmade — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Vintage and found items may show signs of age, wear, or natural patina. This is part of their story, and it's reflected in how we describe and photograph each piece. We do our best to represent every item honestly so you know exactly what you're bringing home.

Handmade items including candles and crewnecks are made in small batches with care. Slight variations are natural and intentional.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out to us at contact@madenewcollective.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review each situation individually and do our best to make it right.
